Ohio Man cut off his Pe.nis on Valentine’s day

In what seem to be a suicide attempt by a 69-year-old man in Ohio on Valentine’s day, he tried cutting his p.enis with a scissors , when Police arrived at his home on Sunday around 1.15pm they also found that the man had his Abdomen cut open.

He was disarmed and rushed to a nearby hospital.
